Purpose:

In our current environment, where high performance is critical and there is a shortage of talent and skills, it's never been more important for businesses to stand out from the rest as an employer of choice. This workshop supports businesses to create their own awesome place to work through creating a company culture and employee

This workshop will provide participants with a deeper understanding of:

  •  How to create an awesome place to work through a unique culture and a tailored employee experience
  •  Key principles that you can put into practice in your business
  •  Some simple, effective people initiatives that support your culture and employee experience
  •  How to communicate your point of difference
  •  How to measure, assess and refresh your employee experience

Presenter: 

Morwenna and Megan from Your HR Partners are really clear about their ‘why' -  to support business leaders to create awesome places to work, with a focus on building great work experiences, culture, engagement and team effectiveness.

Morwenna and Megan bring between them over 40 years HR experience and have worked in both NZ and the UK.  They bring a human-centred and agile approach to people at work, designing and delivering unique and innovative people solutions.  Their experience includes designing people strategy, building people leader capability, enhancing culture and engagement, recruiting and selecting top talent, designing effective people processes and initiatives, and delivering workshops, facilitating and coaching.  yourhrpartners.co.nz

Morwenna & Megan are accredited practitioners and the Bay of Plenty channel partners for MyTeamPulse, a tool that helps business owners and leaders understand team engagement to build highly effective teams and create positive cultural change.

Morwenna is an accredited LSI (Life Styles Inventory) coach and Megan is a qualified NLP Coaching Practitioner.
