This immersive simulation centres around building Lego aeroplanes and brings Lean Practices and Continuous Improvement principles to life. As you navigate through real-world business scenarios, you’ll discover how to reduce costs, improve processes, and drive exceptional performance. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to transform your organisation into an industry leader.
