We all suffer from it, some more challenging than others, that voice within that endlessly tells us "we shouldn't be here" so what is Imposter Syndrome, who does it affect, and what does it look, sound and feel like. How do you recoginise the Imposter within, identify your 'triggers' and why this matters on a day to day basis. What you can do to manage it, limit the impact and key ways to reach your full potential in your career, business and life.
You will gain a clear understanding of Imposter syndrome, and how it can impact you, your career and/or your business. You will understand the 'cost' to your potential and opportunities, and the importance of managing Imposter Syndrome. You will feel impowered and confident by learning practical steps to help reduce, limit and manage Imposter Syndrome

Fiona Clark
Fiona Clark is one of the leading Business Growth Specialists in New Zealand. She has helped hundreds of small to medium businesses to scale and grow, she teaches them how to set up systems to manage busy growth, and to create businesses that thrive in any economy. She has a varied background including many years in corporate roles, and has a passion to help women grow their business, and/or grow and build their professional careers.
Fiona has been featured in the media - TV3 The Cafe, interviewed on international and national radio, been featured and a regular contributor to industry magazines, including NZ Business Magazine, The Listener, and local news publications. She has been a previous Facilitator and Trainer for the Auckland Business Chamber, Guest lecturer for Massey University Business School, speaker at NZ and Australian events, workshops, webinars, and conferences, and enjoyed being a member of the board for the not for profit organisation - Dress for Success.

Cancellations must be received prior to 10am the day before the event or training seminar. Any cancellation and/or changes must be made in writing to events@tauranga.org.nz
Cancellations after this time or non attendance will require payment, however substitutions are welcome.
