Understanding your financials is critical for business success. Our workshop is facilitated by a qualified Accountant who will teach you how to better understand financial information so you can make confident and sound decisions in your business. 

The facilitator will teach you how to reach and use information from your cashflow, profit and loss (P&L), and balance sheet. This will enable you to: 

• Use your numbers to identify and avoid potential issues before they occur 

• Recognise and capitalise on trends and opportunities in your business

 • Boost cash levels to minimise business risk 

• Implement strategies to protect your assets
