About the Course Facilitator – Kate Horton

Middle leadership roles have always found me. From being Vice Captain of the St Paul's Collegiate Open A netball team, to Associate Principal at Endeavour Primary School, and now the co-founder of 2 businesses; I've always loved opportunities to lead from the middle. 

I've turned my experience and passion for middle leadership into a career where as a director of Coaching CoLab and Plexus Consulting, I get to help aspiring, new and experienced middle leaders across Aotearoa to master their roles. 

I've picked up the paperwork to back it up too. Recently I've completed a Post Grad in Leadership from Waikato University, got an accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, become a Certified Coaching Professional through Well College Global.
