A failure to plan is a plan to fail. This workshop is designed to give customers the knowledge and skills to create their own strategic business plan: a plan of action designed to achieve one or more long-term or overall goals.

•Operational Plan (the doing) and Strategic Plan (the future state) - all parts inform strategy
•Business ecosystem - to crafty a strategy you need a clear understanding of the ecosystem you operate within •Strategic Planning Tools: Your environment (PEST analysis), Your market (five forces product life cycle positioning matrix), Your organisation (SWOT) •Other research and clarity: Customer segmentation, market segmentation, value proposition, sustainable competitive advantage
•Fit your context into your plan
•Consolidation: purpose and vision, what is it you offer, who you offer it to, your strategic pillars, your goals (SMART), initiates to achieve goals, cascade
Learning Outcomes: At the end of the workshop participants will be able to craft an informed, educated smart strategy
