Geerten helps manufacturing and supply chain companies achieve breakthrough performance in their operations. Geerten has been in operations leadership and continuous improvement roles for the past 25 years, in a variety of settings globally. His operations experience spans supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and warehousing. He has worked in Primary Industry, Food and Beverage, Engineering, Pharmaceutical and FMCG. He counts among his clients Ballance Agri-Nutrients, Patchell Group, Hustler Equipment, Cedenco Foods, OPAC and EastPack kiwifruit, Sequal, SCA, Fulton Hogan, Synlait, Westland Milk Products and Fonterra.

Adrian Tighe

Adrian has an impressive background in the training of Lean principles. Over the past two decades, Adrian has shared these insights and experiences to help improve organisations around the globe, including Toyota, Fonterra, Westland Milk Products, Patchells Group, British Rail, Whittakers, and many others.

Adrian achieves outstanding results by being passionate about the development of both people and processes. Adrian is ardent about improving the ability and understanding of staff to support and implement organisational change. He is down to earth and quickly builds rapport and strong working relationships, both on the shop floor and at management level.

David Hall

David has 20+ years’ experience in food and beverage manufacturing both in the UK and New Zealand, including at Heinz and Montana Wines. His operations experience includes manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

David has been involved with Lean at all levels in the organisation from Team Leaders upwards and has an exceptional ability to understand process. When David was first exposed to ‘Lean’ concepts, the whole thing just clicked for him: “It lines up very well with the way my mind works – I like simplicity and detest waste in all its forms.” Since then he has become certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
