If your payment is not fully completed 3-working days prior to the event, your registration will automatically be cancelled. Contact events@tauranga.org.nz if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received prior to 10am the day before the event. Any cancellation and/or changes must be made in writing to events@tauranga.org.nz

Cancellations after this time or non-attendance will require payment, however substitutions are welcome.
