Tauranga Business Chamber's 121st

Annual General Meeting

This is a notice to members of the Tauranga Business Chamber that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 15 October 2025. This is a chance to welcome the incoming Board, as well as review the year that was, and adopt the Chamber’s new constitution for a strong future.

This event is free for all Chamber members to attend.

The agenda:

5pm start

Welcome, Apologies, and Approve Minutes of last AGM

Chair and CEO’s reports

Financial Report 2024/25

Adopt the new constitution & confirm authority to re-register as an incorporated society.

Confirm the new Board members (the election outcome)

General Business

5.30pm close (approximately), followed by networking with the Board and members, including light catering and a couple of beverages.

NOTE: If a member wants an additional item on the agenda, please email the CEO by Friday, 5 September 2025 at ceo@tauranga.org.nz). Otherwise, you’re welcome to raise topics under general business on the day, at the discretion of the Chair.

Payment Term

To confirm your registration for this event, your payment needs to be completed at least 3-working days prior to the event. If your payment is not fully completed 3-working days prior to the event, your registration will automatically be cancelled. Contact events@tauranga.org.nz if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received prior to 10am the day before the event. Any cancellation and/or changes must be made in writing to events@tauranga.org.nz

Cancellations after this time or non-attendance will require payment, however substitutions are welcome.
