The NXUS Experience Leadership Training

The NXUS Experience leadership workshop provides business owners and leaders the opportunity to upskill in leadership, decision-making, crisis preparedness, communication, client management, performance improvement, prioritisation, and planning. 

The NXUS Experience has been designed and fully tested to provide measurable and practical outcomes. We bring together immersive, high stakes simulations that test and build a leader's ability to lead, decide and communicate when it matters most, either in a crisis or your day-to-day decision making. 

This full day training will include: 

• Immersive 3 hour simulated experience to build instinct and execution muscles 

• Facilitator led debrief 

• Understanding my traits and triggers - workshop style session 

• Leadership, communication and teamwork - putting into practice the key learnings - workshop training session on how to apply the lightbulb moments from simulation and how to use in your day to day. 

Participants will walk away with practical skills and insights that you will use in the very next challenge. From instinct to structure, the learning lasts long after the room clears!
