CKL was formed in 1988 by a partnership between John Carter, Rod Keucke, and David Latham. The small Waikato based team was built on strong family values of respect, support and collaboration.
Our people centric values continue to this day. We partner with individual land owners, property developers, councils and government agencies to provide fully integrated land development solutions including planning, surveying, civil engineering, roading and transport engineering, environmental engineering, and stormwater engineering services.
