I call myself a Connection & Engagement expert.
I help organisations and leaders increase engagement, grow empowered teams and amplify their impact and influence.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in both the private and public sector, I understand, and appreciate the complexity of people and workplaces. I’ve done the hard yards. I have walked the walk, and now talk the talk. (In between times I also launched a start-up - just before the 2008 global financial crisis... That story is better told in person...)
I've built my own practice fundamentally around the 3 core attributes of more meaning-full work; Strong Connections, Inspired Engagement and Storytelling (or as I like to call it - Story Moving.) Story Moving is one of the most underutilised skills in leadership today, so if you really want to be more engaging, and better connect your message to what matters to people, you need to up your story game and nail your narratives!
