I’m Jess Townsend a culture and leadership nerd (in the best way) with 20+ years’ experience working alongside and leading local teams, distributed workforces, frontline crews, senior leaders, cross-functional groups, established teams, and those just starting out. My sweet spot? Helping humans thrive at work by creating environments where energy, clarity, and connection fuel results.
Through HumanSync, I work alongside leaders and teams in ways that suit their needs and context, including:
