With seven flexible conference spaces catering for small business meetings through to gala dinners & larger events for up to 300 guests, there’s a space to suit almost every requirement.
Pool House Rooms
Trinity Wharf’s Pool House is made up of two adjoining rooms which open out onto the hotel’s infinity edge swimming pool and patio area with panoramic views of the Tauranga harbour.
Trinity Rooms
The Trinity Rooms are the largest of our more traditional function rooms. Three medium sized rooms, Trinity I, II & III can be joined together to create a large function space totalling 323m2 and catering for up to 350 guests. When joined together, these rooms open out onto a courtyard with views of the Tauranga Harbour, Pohutakawa trees and the hotel’s pontoon.
Exhibition Hall
Natural light filters from windows staggered along two sides of the Exhibition Hall, creating an appealing aspect for trade shows, exhibitions and product launches. External access at one end of the Exhibition Hall is large enough for external vehicle access, making event set up and pack down very easy.
The Restaurant
Trinity Wharf’s upper and lower restaurant space can be transformed into the most incredible function space. It’s sweeping, panoramic harbour views, floor to ceiling glass windows and wrap around deck provide a quintessential ‘Tauranga’ event experience, whether for a wedding ceremony or reception, private dinner, launch part or cocktail event.
