This event is dedicated to raising awareness and much-needed funds for our local Aerocool Rescue Helicopter. Your support helps ensure that this life-saving service has the best possible equipment for every rescue mission.

Why your support matters: Every time the crew takes flight, they are equipped to save lives, often being the only option for patients in critical need. Your contribution helps ensure the helicopter can operate as a flying Intensive Care Unit, reaching those who need urgent care. Together, we can make a life-saving impact! 

What’s in store for the evening: Canapés & Bubbles on arrival Seated Dinner & Dessert Platter, with an open cash bar Live & Silent Auctions with exclusive items an exciting Raffle Dancing into the night with The Shy & Retiring Company Band Our MC for the night: Kerre Woodham, sponsored by NZME & Newstalk ZB 

How you can help: Purchase a Platinum or Standard table (10 guests) get a group of friends together or treat your team or clients to a memorable night out Become a Sponsor & Donate Auction Items: Contribute products or services to be featured in our live and silent auctions Become a Sponsor & Donate Items for Platinum Table Goody Bags: Contribute products, services, vouchers or samples which will be included in Goody Bags for our Platinum Table ticket holders 

Tickets will go on sale on 1st May 2025. To reserve a table before they are released to the public, please email donate@rescue.org.nz to register your interest. Please refer to the attached Table options, Sponsorship package proposal and Event poster for more details.
