Fast-changing work and life conditions require leaders who are equipped to not only keep up, but excell in todays business environment. This requires persuasive communication skills creative problem solving methods and exceptional confidence and enthusiasm. This inspirational program has proven itself to be a life changing event for attendees with over 9million attending including over 3000 local graduates (BOP Waikato) and a +73.4 net promoter score (last 12months). The program runs over a month starting with a 30minute interview, one day a week for 3 weeks of in-person training followed by an online sustain session. Participants work on and present a business improvement project. This program is registered with the Regional Business Partners Management Capability Development Fund.
